The Oriental Rat Flea or Xenopsylla cheopis is the flea known for spreading the Black Plague. Other Flea in the same family could most likey carry the plague to but for some reason it always seems to be the The Oriental Rat Flea that spreads (or at least gets accused) for spreading the black death.
