More then thousands of scientists reported working on biological weapons having to do with the Plauge in the former Soviet
Union. If the Union ever completed those weapons is unknown to the public at this time.

. If this weapon was used over a city of 5 million people only about 36,000 million would die but 100,000 would be hurt or
